Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a Production Specialist to oversee the silk screening shop within our adult services program. You will manage the silk screen operations, maintain equipment, and drive project delivery in line with contractual requirements.

The role requires at least two years of silkscreen experience, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to work with adults with IDD and mental health needs.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of professional experience in the silkscreen specialty area required.
• Must possess certification or proven work experience in the specialty area.
• Experience working with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and management of the assigned business area in The Shops (vocational program) for Devereux Adult Services.
• Research and recommend business enhancements and/or contract opportunities.
• Ensure production work and services are completed in a timely manner in accordance with contract specifications.
