Job summary

Devereux is seeking a Production Specialist for our Floral Shop within the Devereux Adult Services network. You will oversee the floral production area, drive process improvements, and support vocational program growth aligned with contracts.

The role requires at least two years of floral design experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work with adults who have IDD or mental health needs. Devereux offers benefits and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Two years of professional experience in floral design.
• Certification or proven work experience in the specialty area.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Experience with adults with IDD and/or mental health diagnoses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and management of the assigned business area in The Shops (vocational program) for Devereux Adult Services.
• Research and recommend business enhancements and/or contract opportunities.
• Ensure production work and services are completed in a timely manner in accordance with contract specifications.
