Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a Production Specialist for silk-screening in the PA Adult Services program. The role oversees the silk-screening area, drives business enhancements, and ensures timely completion of production tasks in line with contract specs.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of silkscreen experience, and may hold certification or demonstrable work in the field. A valid driver's license is required and candidates should be 21+.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of professional silkscreen experience.
• Certification or proven work experience in silk-screening.
• Previous experience working directly with adults with IDD and/or mental health diagnoses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the silk-screening area in The Shops (vocational program) for Devereux Adult Services.
• Research and recommend business enhancements and/or contract opportunities.
• Ensure production work and services are completed in a timely manner, in accordance with contract specifications.
