Momentive is seeking a Compounding (Mixing) Operator for the 2nd shift in Maryland. The role safely operates mixers and mills to prepare high‑consistency silicone rubber per specifications, while maintaining records and a clean, compliant workspace.

Starting pay is $22.80/hour with a $2 shift premium and scheduled increases, reflecting experience and tenure. Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma or GED and can follow detailed production instructions with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, understand, and follow written production instructions, batch documentation, safety procedures, and work assignments.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately for quantities, weights, and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Follow all company safety, health, environmental, quality, and operating procedures.
• Safely operate multiple mixers, mills, and related equipment.
• Measure, weigh, load, mix, mill, and process materials per instructions and specs.
• Complete batch records and production documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
