Job summary

Momentive in Midland, TX is seeking an Extrusion Operator on 2nd shift to safely operate extrusion equipment and produce silicone rubber products meeting specs and schedules. You will monitor, adjust settings, document batch records, and uphold quality and safety standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to read and follow instructions, basic math, and effective communication. Experience with extrusion or manufacturing is preferred; OT and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Able to read, understand, and follow production instructions.
• Basic math skills for weights and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies, PPE, and procedures.
• Safely set up, operate, monitor, and adjust extrusion equipment.
• Review batch cards, work orders, and specs for accuracy.
• Complete batch records and production documentation.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance and Warehouse teams.
