Qualifications

  • At least a 3.0 overall GPA.
  • Before starting full-time at PwC, meet the educational requirements to sit for the CPA exam or licensure as a CISA.
  • Client service intern positions are considered entry-level and may be in the third/fourth year of study.

Responsibilities

  • Support audit teams by participating in the execution of digital assurance tasks.
  • Observe and learn auditing methodologies and practices from experienced auditors.
  • Assist in applying compliance auditing techniques to evaluate adherence to regulatory guidelines.
  • Engage in data validation to confirm the accuracy and reliability of financial information.
  • Participate in development and testing of AI platforms to enhance audit processes.

The Opportunity

As a Silicon Valley - DAT - Intern, you will engage in a dynamic learning environment, gaining exposure to PwC's practices and methodologies within our Assurance practice. You will support teams by participating in projects, performing basic tasks, and conducting research, all while observing professional work environments. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to the success of our client support initiatives.

What You Must Have
  • Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology
  • At least a 3.0 overall GPA
  • Before starting full-time at PwC, meet the educational requirements to be eligible to sit for the CPA exam in your intended state of employment or the educational requirements for licensure as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
  • Client service intern positions are considered entry-level roles. Candidates are typically in their third year of a four-year degree program or fourth year of a five-year program at the time of application

The salary range for this position is: $29.25 - $48.00. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
