Qualifications

• Requires 12+ years in silicon or system performance and power with product ownership.
• Ability to translate customer needs into concrete product goals.
• Deep silicon performance and power expertise.
• Broad CPU/GPU/SoC architecture knowledge.
• Experience with data analysis and statistics.
• Strong technical writing and cross-team influence.

Responsibilities

• Own the Product Soul and translate workloads into performance, power, and efficiency goals.
• Architect next-generation performance and power management features across the stack.
• Benchmark architectures and prioritize investments for differentiation and value.
• Define operating points, configurations, and binning with engineering teams.
• Mentor engineers and lead technical reviews across global teams.
