Job summary

NVIDIA seeks a Senior Manager to lead post-silicon bring-up and productization for complex, high-performance silicon products, guiding from first power-on through production readiness and ramp.

You will coordinate architecture, design, verification, firmware, software, and test across teams, establish bring-up processes, and communicate readiness and risks to leadership. Expect a fast-paced, highly visible leadership role driving cross-functional execution.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• 12+ years of experience and 5+ years in management.
• Experience leading post-silicon bring-up and transition to production.
• Strong knowledge of digital design, architecture, power, timing, interfaces.
• Experience with post-silicon debug, validation, and lab execution.
• Familiarity with automotive qualification flows (AEC-Q100) where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end post-silicon execution plan from first-silicon power-on through production qualification and volume ramp.
• Drive program execution across architecture, design, verification, firmware, software, boards, systems, test, product engineering, and operations.
• Lead bring-up operating model, staffing, reviews, issue triage, and closure plans for high-risk silicon issues.
• Resolve post-silicon issues involving power, clocks, reset, boot, interfaces, performance, reliability, and HW-SW coordination.
• Drive silicon characterization and reliability qualification plans, including electrical, speed, power, thermal, HTOL, ELFR, and AEC-Q100 (where applicable).
• Establish bring-up methodology, test planning, debug readiness, and lab readiness to improve speed and quality.
• Partner with senior leadership to communicate readiness, risks, dependencies, and recovery plans.
• Help shape the post-silicon roadmap by applying findings to design, verification, debug architecture, and productization flows.
