Job summary

Meta Reality Labs seeks a Senior Silicon Performance Architect to drive bottleneck analysis and create accurate SoC models using C/C++ and SystemC. You will analyze workloads, develop micro-benchmarks, and guide HW/SW co-design across teams.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in performance modeling, Python scripting, and experience with QoS, NoC, and memory subsystems. Strong collaboration with hardware partners is essential.

Reality Labs focuses on delivering Meta's vision through creating advanced AI-enabled wearables. The compute performance and power efficiency requirements of wearables require custom silicon. The custom silicon team within Reality Labs is driving the state-of-the-art forward with breakthrough work in AI, augmented reality, computer vision, machine learning, graphics, displays, and sensors. Our chips will enable wearable devices where our real and virtual world will mix and match throughout the day.
