Job summary

Google is seeking a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to lead next-generation custom silicon programs. The role spans concept to tapeout, bring-up, qualification, and mass production across multiple concurrent SoC programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or CS, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years in technical program or engineering management leading semiconductor or SoC programs.
• Experience driving 2 full-cycle custom SoC programs from concept to mass production.
• Familiarity with ASIC/SoC development lifecycle and communicating with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of tactical program management for 2 concurrent SoC programs, governance, reviews, risk plans.
• Lead cross-functional engineering orchestration across silicon, software, product, and operations.
• Establish and manage critical-path schedule and cross-team dependencies.
• Track overall program budget with finance, product management, and engineering leaders.
• Act as primary technical bridge to executives with dashboards and status updates.
