Job summary

Annapurna Labs (U.S.) Inc. is seeking a Systems Software Engineer to bridge hardware and software on pre-silicon and post-silicon challenges.

You will work on models for single-chip and datacenter-scale systems, debugging interactions across the full stack, and collaborating with architects, RTL designers, and ML teams. You’ll implement software that shapes hardware design, build tooling, and contribute to production-ready infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full software development life cycle including coding standards, reviews, and operations.
• Mentorship or tech lead experience.
• 7+ years in firmware, drivers, runtime software, or low-level systems for custom hardware.
• Proficiency in C++, Python, and/or Rust (prefer 2).
• Knowledge of SoC, CPU, GPU, ASIC architecture and micro-architecture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own components of SoC models, single-chip and datacenter-scale.
• Debug hardware/software interactions across full stack from registers to performance on silicon.
• Collaborate with architects, RTL designers, modelers, compilers, and ML teams.
• Contribute to hardware feature design from a software perspective early in cycle.
• Build tooling, tests, and automation to accelerate development.
