Job summary

Apple in Austin is seeking a CAD Engineer to develop Signoff dashboards and data pipelines powering SOC design groups. The role focuses on building and enhancing Signoff dashboards, CAD flow metrics, and data visualization tools used daily by design teams.

You will work across a Python and JavaScript/TypeScript stack to build backend services, interactive dashboards, and SQL data queries, with opportunities to integrate AI/RAG capabilities as the platform evolves.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with web development frameworks (Angular, React, or Express.js).
• SQL database experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of software engineering best practices including version control, testing, and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Develop Signoff dashboards and data visualization tools used by Signoff teams.
• Build and maintain CAD flow metrics collection pipelines across the Signoff platform.
• Develop full-stack web applications (Python/JS/TS) and backend services/APIs.
• Explore AI/RAG integration to enhance Signoff data discovery and interaction.
