Grimaldi Law Firm seeks an experienced Signing Coordinator to join our Hollywood, Florida office for a full-time, in-person role. You will oversee client signings from start to finish, verify documentation, and ensure deeds are correctly recorded and filed, with a focus on precision in estate planning.

The ideal candidate has contracting/notarizing experience with law firms and a keen eye for detail, enabling accurate and timely signings for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in signing and proofreading estate planning documents.
• Must be able to work on-site, Monday–Friday.
• Experience contracting/notarizing for law firms.

Responsibilities

This role is ideal for someone who has contracted or notarized for law firms and attorneys in the past and is ready to trade inconsistent gig work for a steady, dependable paycheck with one firm. You'll be the final checkpoint on every estate planning package before it goes out for signature, the person who runs client signings from start to finish, and the one who makes sure every deed is recorded and filed correctly. If you have a sharp eye for detail, real law firm experience, and ideally some background in estate planning.
