Job summary

NTT DATA Business Solutions Group is seeking a client-facing Signavio Business Process Solution Specialist to help clients design and build enterprise process architectures, including taxonomy and governance, while enabling effective use of Signavio toolsets.

You will lead or support engagements focused on process design, governance modelling, and driving adoption across client teams, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, training, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Significant experience with SAP Signavio.
• Considerable experience with S/4HANA.
• Experience in business process management, process modelling, or digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops to define process hierarchies, naming conventions, ownership models, and lifecycle governance.
• Lead or support client engagements focused on process design, taxonomy development, and governance modelling using Signavio.
• Enable and train client teams on the use of Signavio Collaboration Hub and Process Manager.
• Support the setup and configuration of the Signavio workspace, including folder structures, user roles, SSO and approval workflows.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on best practices for process documentation, collaboration, and governance.
• Collaborate with internal and client teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and process architecture.
• Monitor adoption and usage of the Signavio suite, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Contribute to internal knowledge assets, accelerators, and reusable templates for process design and enablement.

Job description

We are looking for a client-facing Signavio Business Process Solution Specialist to join our consulting team. This role is pivotal in helping clients design and build their enterprise process architecture, including taxonomy and governance structures, while enabling effective use of the Signavio toolset. You will work closely with stakeholders across clients businesses to drive adoption, ensure quality, and support transformation initiatives., Lead or support client engagements focused on process design, taxonomy development, and governance modelling using Signavio.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops to define process hierarchies, naming conventions, ownership models, and lifecycle governance.
• Enable and train client teams on the use of Signavio Collaboration Hub and Process Manager.
• Support the setup and configuration of the Signavio workspace, including folder structures, user roles,SSO and approval workflows.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on best practices for process documentation, collaboration, and governance.
• Collaborate with internal and client teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and process architecture.
• Monitor adoption and usage of the Signavio suite, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Contribute to internal knowledge assets, accelerators, and reusable templates for process design and enablement.
• Familiarity with Signavio Process Insights and Process Intelligence for process mining and performance analysis.

Technical

• Proficiency in Signavio suite
• Understanding of BPMN 2.0 modelling standards.
• Integration with CALM
• Setting up SSO with variety of IDP's
• Understanding of process governance workflows
