Job summary

Levy is hiring a server assistant to support dining room operations at our venues. Assist servers with dining room setup and table settings, deliver orders to tables, and buss tables to maintain presentation and service quality.

Role emphasizes safety and adherence to policies; candidates must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods. Training provided; competitive benefits.

• Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Assists servers in preparing the dining room and table sets.
• Delivers orders to the table. Busses table.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of serving temperatures; follows HACCP standards.
• Personal commitment to your own safety and that of others.
• Abides by all Company policies and procedures including but not limited to: glove, oven mitts, and proper lifting techniques.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Supports servers in preparing the dining room and table sets.
• Delivers orders to the table. Busses table.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of serving temperatures; follows HACCP standards.
• Personal commitment to your own safety and that of others.
• Abides by all Company policies and procedures including but not limited to:
  • The use of a medium weight cut gloves when handling or using knives, peelers, choppers, mandolins or cleaning a slicer.
  • The use of oven mitts, fryer gloves or steamer gloves when handling hot pans from ovens, warmers or steamtables.
  • The use of slip-resistant shoes and proper lifting techniques.

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.
