Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking passionate Signature Format Coaches to lead high-energy group training sessions across Ultra Fit, Alpha Strength, Alpha Conditioning, GTX, Core Tone Reform, and MB360 formats.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective workouts tailored to each Signature format.
• Provide coaching cues, progressions, and modifications for all levels.
• Create an inclusive, high-energy group environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized training space.
• Promote Signature programming and Life Time culture.
• Participate in brand trainings and ongoing coaching development.
