Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking qualified Signature Format Coaches to lead high-energy, results-driven workouts across the Ultra Fit, Alpha Strength, and other formats. You will guide members through safe progressions, set challenging but scalable programming, and foster a sense of community during each class.

As a Signature Format Coach, you’ll emphasize presence, purpose, and a deep understanding of each format’s identity while upholding Life Time’s brand culture and commitment to member experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year teaching/coaching experience in your format
• CPR/AED certification
• Ability to physically demonstrate and teach your format
• Excellent communication skills and team mindset

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, and inspiring workouts specific to your Signature format
• Provide coaching cues, progressions, and modifications for all fitness levels
• Create a motivating, inclusive, and high-energy group environment
• Maintain a clean, organized training space
• Promote Life Time’s Signature programming and culture
• Participate in brand trainings and ongoing coaching development
