The Trustees of Reservations in Massachusetts is seeking a Seasonal Signature Events Steward for Naumkeag, Stockbridge. You will support Pumpkin Show and Winterlights setups, runs, and breakdowns, working with Engagement and Stewardship teams. Shifts vary with two roles: setup hours 8am–4pm, run of show 3pm–9pm, Wed–Sun.
This on-site, non-exempt position runs Sept 1, 2026 – Jan 3, 2027, with 30–40 hours weekly. Dress for all weather and deliver friendly guest service.

Join us this fall and winter as a Signature Events Steward, working alongside our Engagement and Stewardship teams to bring to life two of our most magical events: the Incredible Naumkeag Pumpkin Show andWinterlights.
The Role:
The Signature Events Steward reports to the Property Director and Public Programs Coordinatortosupport the setup, operation, and breakdown ofPumpkin ShowandWinterlights. Shifts are broken up into two different roles with differing hours, setup and run of show. Set up hours will be Mon-Fri 8am-4pm while run of show hours will be Wed-Sun, 3pm-9pm. Applicants must be willing to work both event set up and run of show hours.
Pumpkin Showset up: Sept 1st -30th
