Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Mix drinks for servers according to standard recipes.
• Prepare and serve beverages at the bar for members and guests.
• Maintain bar stock and cleanliness; follow inventory procedures.
• Ensure presentation and consistency of all cocktails.
• Deliver beverages to tables and assist in other F&B functions as needed.
• Uphold liquor policies, safety, and cash-handling procedures.
