The position offers an hourly rate of $12.14 plus tips. Ideal candidates are 21 years or older with knowledge of mixology, sanitation standards, and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Upscale bartending experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Strong willingness to satisfy guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear verbal communication skills.
• Physical stamina to lift moderate weights.
• Flexible schedule required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages.
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve.
• Assess guests’ needs and make recommendations.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
• Plan and present bar menu.
• Check IDs and ensure legal drinking age.
• Restock bar inventory.
• Ensure superior guest experience.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
