Job summary

The Garden of the Gods Resort and Club seeks a personable Bartender to serve and craft cocktails at the bar for members and guests, maintaining high standards and knowledge of our beverage program.

You will mix drinks to standard recipes, manage bar stock, handle cash and POS entries, welcome guests, upsell thoughtfully, and collaborate with the service team to deliver Enriching by Nature service while upholding safety and policies.

Qualifications

• Two to three years bartending experience.
• Extensive liquor, beer, wine and mixology knowledge.
• High school diploma and one year job-related experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• State of Colorado Safe-Serve/TIPS Bar Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Mix drinks for servers according to standard recipes.
• Keep bar stocked and clean and follow side work procedures.
• Handle cash and bank procedures per Accounting Department.
• Deliver beverages and cocktails to tables when needed.
• Provide extraordinary service and uphold safety policies.
