Sally's Apizza in Stamford, CT is hiring a Front of House Bartender for part-time to full-time shifts. You will greet guests, mix and serve cocktails, and ensure a warm, efficient bar experience in a fast-paced environment.

We value knowledge of liquor laws, mixology, accuracy in cash handling, and impeccable customer service. English is required; basic Spanish is a plus. This role offers weekly pay, tips, and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of liquor laws and regulations.
• Knowledge of mixology for traditional and signature cocktails.
• Ability to enforce policies regarding alcohol consumption.
• Experience with drink-mixing tools and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service at all times by following Sally’s Steps of Service.
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them through Sally’s experience.
• Serve drinks while maintaining a clean and sanitary bar area.
• Mix traditional and signature/creative cocktails.
• Attend to presentation of the bar program.
• Prepare and maintain ingredients and garnishes provided in recipes.
• Ensure smooth operation of bar services in the absence of management.
• Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences.
• Process payments and manage cash drawers.
• Complete side work in a timely manner.
• Manage inventory and bar operations, coordinate daily supply inventory and orders.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and sanitary workplace.
• Adhere to alcohol handling, sanitation and safety procedures.
• Comply with all beverage regulations and verify customer age.
• Contribute to daily and theme drink menus with supervisor.
• Orient new employees.
• Participate in programs to improve service quality and productivity.
• Adhere to company policies and sanitation guidelines.
