Job summary

Sally's Apizza in Massachusetts is expanding our locations and corporate team nationwide, seeking a full-time bartender to mix and serve drinks with Sally’s signature hospitality. You will greet guests, guide them through their experience, and craft both traditional and signature cocktails using our recipe set and fresh ingredients.

In this role you’ll maintain a clean bar, manage garnishes, take orders, process payments, and help with inventory.

Qualifications

• English language and basic Spanish preferred but not required.
• Eye for detail and understanding of drink-mixing tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of mixology for traditional and creative cocktails.
• Ability to enforce company policies regarding the consumption of alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service following Sally’s Steps of Service.
• Greet guests warmly and guide them through Sally’s experience.
• Serve drinks while maintaining a clean and sanitary bar area.
• Mix traditional and signature cocktails.
• Prepare and maintain ingredients and garnishes per recipes.
• Ensure smooth bar operations in the absence of management.
• Process payments and manage cash drawers.
• Coordinate daily supply inventory for bar and submit orders to supervisor.
