Job summary

Columbia Technology Partners is seeking a Systems Engineer to support the design, integration, testing, and deployment of data center solutions for satellite collection-based systems. This role covers hardware, software, network, and RF components, including GOTS, COTS, and TURNKEY solutions, while ensuring mission readiness and close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate has seven plus years of Systems Engineering experience, a relevant degree (or substitution), U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven (7) years of Systems Engineering experience on programs or contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related technical discipline. Five (5) additional years of Systems Engineering experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
• U.S. Citizenship is required. Active Security Clearance with polygraph is required; DOD 8570 Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, integration, testing, and deployment of data center solutions for satellite collection-based systems across hardware, software, network, and RF components.
• Contribute to systems engineering efforts to ensure performance, interoperability, and mission readiness.
• Assist with development and integration of RF and signal processing systems for communications.
• Supportrequirements analysis, architecture development, verification and validation.
