A leading company is seeking a Signals and Communications Quality Assurance Supervisor for the Eastern Region. Hiring Salary Range: $85,500.00 - $112,000.00
This range represents the hiring range. Salaries are determined individually depending on skills and experience. You will also be eligible for an annual bonus, employee share investment program (ESIP), Pension, Benefits, Railroad Retirement Benefits (RRB), and other perks.

The Signals and Communications (S&C) Quality Assurance Supervisor – Eastern Region is responsible for handling installation projects, ensuring that preparation and in-service testing are completed according to CN’s standards. The role involves material acquisition, tracking project timelines, interfacing with Signal Design Engineers, testing software, and preparing cutover and testing plans. Additionally, the role collaborates with other department parts on budgets, project estimation, and site evaluation.
This role involves a combination of office and outdoor work in various weather conditions, with shift work including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. The role requires being on-call 24/7 for critical incidents and frequent travel (approximately 60%), including overnight stays.
Minimum 5 years in Signals and Communications, with experience in Systems, Applications, and Products (SAP) considered an asset.
