Job summary

BizFirst is recruiting a Signals Analyst, Level 2, for an on-site role at Fort Meade, MD. The position supports a SIGINT mission program with opportunities in collection systems engineering, target development, analysis, and reporting.

Ideal candidate has seven years of SIGINT experience and an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph. Immediate start and full-time commitment are expected in a secure government facility.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph or above.
• Seven years of SIGINT experience in the IC or U.S. military.
• Experience developing techniques for collecting, evaluating, documenting, locating, and presenting information.
• Familiarity with SIGINT and collateral report repositories.
• Experience with packet and stream protocols over IP.
• Experience using software applications and databases associated with SIGINT target development.
• Proficiency with the Linux/Unix command line and scripting (Bash, shell, and/or Python).
• Familiarity with data and voice communications technologies and network protocols.
• Ability to work onsite at Fort Meade, MD.

Responsibilities

• Develop techniques and tools to collect, evaluate, analyze, document, locate, and present information in line with established requirements and priorities.
• Research SIGINT and collateral report repositories, and bring independent research into target development.
• Analyze packet and stream protocols and other advanced technologies over IP.
• Use the software applications and databases that support SIGINT target development.
• Apply knowledge of data and voice communications technologies and network protocols to analytic problems.
• Write Bash, shell, or Python scripts to support analysis on Linux systems.
