Job summary

BizFirst is seeking a Signals Analyst, Level 1, for an Intelligence Community mission program based at Fort Meade, MD. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph or above and at least three years of SIGINT experience.

The position is full-time and onsite in a secure government facility, supporting collection systems engineering, target development, analysis, and reporting. Immediate start upon clearance transfer is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph or above.
• Three (3) years of experience as a Signals Analyst in the IC or U.S. military.
• Experience developing techniques for collecting, evaluating, analyzing, documenting, locating, and presenting information.
• Familiarity with SIGINT repositories and independent research to enhance target development.
• Experience with packet and stream protocols and other IP-based technologies.
• Experience using software applications and databases for SIGINT target development.
• Proficiency with Linux/Unix command line and scripting (Bash, shell, and/or Python).
• Ability to work onsite at Fort Meade, MD.

Responsibilities

• Develop techniques and tools to collect, evaluate, analyze, document, locate, and present information per requirements.
• Research SIGINT and collateral report repositories; apply independent research to target development.
• Analyze packet and stream protocols and other advanced IP technologies.
• Use software applications and databases supporting SIGINT target development.
• Apply knowledge of data and voice communications technologies and network protocols to analytic problems.
• Write Bash, shell, or Python scripts to support analysis on Linux systems.
