Job summary

IntelliGenesis seeks an experienced security intelligence professional in Columbia, MD, to identify vulnerabilities in system designs and operations, relate attacks to mission impact, and develop effective countermeasures. Candidates should have deep SIGINT knowledge and a strong background in ELINT and network/ protocol analysis, with collaboration across external partners.

The role requires a Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph, advanced degrees or substantial equivalent experience, and

Qualifications

• Requires US Citizenship, TS/SCI with polygraph.
• Extensive experience in SIGINT sub-disciplines (COMINT/ELINT/Network analysis).
• Background in tradecraft and analytic development.

Job description

Job Duties

• Identify vulnerabilities of and attacks to the design and operation of a system (H/W, S/W, personnel, procedures, logistics, and physical security) by relating vulnerabilities and attacks to effects on the operations and missions supported by those systems
• Compare and contrast various system attack techniques and develop operationally effective countermeasures
• Produce formal and informal reports, briefings, and perspectives of actual and potential attacks against the technologies being studied

Required Skills:

• US Citizens Only
• Active TS/SCI Clearance and Polygraph required
• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience and a Doctoral degree or nine (9) years of relevant experience and a Master’s degree or eleven (11)years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree or fifteen (15) years of relevant experience and an Associate’s degree required.
• A high school diploma or GED plus 15 years of experience, or an Associate’s degree plus 13 years of relevant experience will be considered for those who have completed relevant military degree programs (or equivalent), OR who have completed relevant military training for example:
  • Navy Intermediate Technical ELINT Analyst
  • Air Force Intermediate Technical ELINT Analyst
  • 451/461 Intermediate Signals Analysis
  • 452 Advanced Signals Analysis
  • Military COMINT Signals Analysis Program (MCSAP)
  • Military ELINT Signals Analysis Program (MESAP)
  • Military OpELINT Signals Analysis Program (MOSAP
• Background knowledge and experience in SIGINT sub-disciplines: COMINT (Communication Externals/COMEXT), ELINT, and Network/Protocol analysis.
• TechELINT experience required
• Familiar with modern RF and communication technologies
• Familiar with discovery mission and techniques
• Familiar with collection and tasking flow
• Proficient in software tools: SEDB, THRESHER, WIRESHARK
• Experience in working in collaborative environment with various external partners
• Background in tradecraft and analytic development

Salary Range: $116,000 - $159,000

Compensation ranges encompass a total compensation package and are a general guideline only and not intended as a guaranteed and/or implied final compensation or salary for this job opening.
