IntelliGenesis is seeking a highly qualified SIGINT professional to assess vulnerabilities and attacks across system design and operation, spanning hardware, software, personnel, and processes. The role focuses on strengthening mission resilience through robust analysis and actionable insights.

Qualified candidates will hold US citizenship and TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, with extensive experience in SIGINT subdisciplines, RF technologies, and network/protocol analysis, and hands-on tool

Qualifications

  • US citizens only as per job posting.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
  • Minimum 4 years with Doctoral degree or 6 years with a Master's degree or 8 years with a Bachelor's or 10 years with an Associate's degree.
  • High school diploma/GED + 12 years experience or Associate's + 10 years of relevant experience; military programs/ training listed.

Responsibilities

  • Identify vulnerabilities and attacks to a system's design and operation across hardware, software, personnel, procedures, logistics, and physical security.
  • Compare system attack techniques and develop countermeasures.
  • Produce reports, briefings, and perspectives on actual and potential attacks.

Job Duties
  • Identify vulnerabilities of and attacks to the design and operation of a system (H/W, S/W, personnel, procedures, logistics, and physical security) by relating vulnerabilities and attacks to effects on the operations and missions supported by those systems
  • Compare and contrast various system attack techniques and develop operationally effective countermeasures
  • Produce formal and informal reports, briefings, and perspectives of actual and potential attacks against the technologies being studied
Required Skills
  • US Citizens Only
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance and Polygraph required
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience and a Doctoral degree or six (6) years of relevant experience and a Master's degree or eight (8) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or ten (10) years of relevant experience and an Associate's degree required.
  • A high school diploma or GED plus 12 years of experience, or an Associate's degree plus 10 years of relevant experience will. be considered for those who have completed relevant military degree programs (or equivalent), OR who have completed relevant military training for example:
    • Navy Intermediate Technical ELINT Analyst
    • Air Force Intermediate Technical ELINT Analyst
    • 451/461 Intermediate Signals Analysis
    • 452 Advanced Signals Analysis
    • Military COMINT Signals Analysis Program (MCSAP)
    • Military ELINT Signals Analysis Program (MESAP)
    • Military OpELINT Signals Analysis Program (MOSAP
  • Background knowledge and experience in SIGINT subdisciplines: COMINT (Communication Externals/COMEXT), ELINT, and Network/Protocol analysis.
  • Familiar with modern RF and communication technologies
  • Familiar with discovery mission and techniques
  • Familiar with collection and tasking flow
  • Proficient in software tools: SEDB, THRESHER, WIRESHARK
  • Experience in working in collaborative environment with various external partners
  • Background in tradecraft and analytic development
Compensation Range: $85,000 - $117,000

Compensation ranges encompass a total compensation package and are a general guideline only and not intended as a guaranteed and/or implied final compensation or salary for this job opening. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several different factors including, but not limited to: level of position, complexity of job responsibilities, geographic location, candidate’s scope of relevant work experience, educational background, certifications, contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and alignment with local market data.
