Job summary

Navstar is seeking a signals analysis analyst for a role at our Chantilly, VA location. The successful candidate will perform in a unique capacity, focusing on RF detection, signal processing, and COMINT analysis to support mission-critical programs.

Required experience with RF/communication engineering and use of signals analysis tools. A background assisting RF lab testing and device troubleshooting is highly valued.

Role Description:

We require a strong analyst to perform in a unique role in our client's Chantilly, VA, location. This is primarily a signals analysis role.

Experience in signal processing and RF detection, RF/communication engineering, digital signal processing, COMINT analysis, and using signals analysis tools is required.

Additional experience working in an RF lab conducting device testing is also highly valuable, as the optimal candidate would also be able to occasionally help the team support the client's RF lab.

Desired skills for that element of the role would be understanding RF signal flow through equipment, ability to use RF generation and analysis equipment, and the ability to troubleshoot devices under test to solve device and/or lab configuration issues.

Pay Rate:

In compliance with Virginia's Equal Pay for Equal Work law, the annual base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000. This range represents the base pay for this role and is provided in accordance with Maryland’s requirements to disclose compensation in job postings. Please note that actual compensation may vary based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate’s qualifications, experience, education, skills, internal equity, and market conditions. In addition to base salary, candidates hired into this position may be eligible for a hiring bonus of $10,000.00, subject to applicable contingencies and Navstar policy.
