Resonant Sciences LLC has an immediate opening for a Signal Processing Software Engineer to join our Dayton, Ohio team. The position supports our Nation's war fighters and offers an opportunity to work in a fast‑paced, elite environment with talented engineers, technicians, and professionals.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Implement signal processing functions in a variety of languages for eventual deployment to real‑time systems:
  • Matlab
  • LabVIEW
  • Python
  • C
  • C++
• Design the embedded software layer (primarily C) between FPGA signal processing and application code.
• Collaborate with other engineers to coordinate efforts and meet project deadlines.
• Travel to customer sites to provide training and support.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or a related field with at least five years’ experience.
• Experience or desire to learn RF signal processing algorithms.
• Experience or desire to learn a variety of application software languages.
• Knowledge of Yocto or Linux driver development.
• Knowledge of Xilinx platforms.

Citizenship / Security Clearance

• U.S. citizenship required. Must be eligible to obtain and/or maintain a Secret security clearance; active clearance is preferred.
