Job summary

Amphenol Corporation, a world leader in interconnect solutions, seeks a Signal Integrity Engineer in Vancouver, WA. The role involves solving SI issues for high-speed data applications, guiding PCB layout, and developing next-generation high-speed connectors and cable interconnects.

You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, perform design, simulation, and characterization, and support internal Sales Engineers with electrical engineering expertise for product introductions.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or Physics required; MS/PhD preferred.
• Hands-on frequency- and time-domain characterization techniques.
• Experience with signal integrity measurements and debugging equipment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve signal integrity issues in PCB layouts.
• Assist customers by providing high-speed interconnect solutions.
• Design, simulate, and characterize high-speed connectors and interconnects.
• Support sales engineers with SI expertise for product introductions.
• Apply circuit theory and high-speed digital design concepts.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on next-gen Wilder products.
