Amphenol Communications Solutions is seeking a Signal Integrity Director for the Cable Backplane Systems group in Etters, PA. You will lead a team of 20+ engineers focused on copper-based I/O cable assemblies for high-bandwidth applications, driving design, validation, and production transfer.

The role requires deep SI expertise, strong leadership, and collaboration with global customers and product managers to meet performance targets and schedules.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering; MS preferred.
• 10+ years engineering management experience leading high-speed signal integrity teams.
• Experience with HFSS and CST Microwave simulation tools.
• Strong communication and leadership to align cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of signal integrity engineers designing copper-based I/O cable assemblies for high-bandwidth applications up to 448 Gbps/lane.
• Translate customer requirements into designs, development, tooling, testing, and transfer to production.
• Collaborate with internal teams and global customers to define performance and share best practices.
• Drive roadmaps for technology and product; present to stakeholders.
