Job summary

You will mentor engineers, define performance specs, collaborate with customers and product managers, and drive design methodology improvements across global factories. A BS in EE with 10+ years in engineering management is required; MS preferred.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering; MS preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of engineering management experience leading high-speed signal integrity teams
• Experience with HFSS/Designer and CST Microwave simulations and measurements

Responsibilities

• Guide a team of signal integrity engineers on cable-backplane systems
• Translate customer requirements into designs and lead through development to production
• Collaborate with internal teams and global customers to define performance specs
• Drive technology roadmaps and present solutions to stakeholders
• Mentor and coach engineers to grow technical capabilities and communication
