You will guide design from requirements through production, collaborating with global customers and internal PMs to ensure performance and execution excellence. Strong leadership and SI expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering; MS preferred.
• 10+ years engineering management experience.
• Experience with HFSS and CST Microwave simulation tools.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with high-speed cables/connectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of signal integrity engineers for copper-based cable-backplane systems at data rates up to 448 Gbps/lane.
• Translate customer requirements into product designs, tooling, production transfer, and qualification.
• Collaborate with internal teams and global customers to define performance and share best practices.
• Drive technology roadmaps and present vision to key stakeholders.
• Mentor engineers and foster continuous design methodology improvements.
• Support ramp-up, production methods, testing, and qualification processes.
