Job summary

Amphenol Corporation, Etters, PA, seeks a Signal Integrity Director to lead a 20+ engineer team in the Cable Backplane Systems group. You will guide copper-based I/O cable assemblies for high-bandwidth data up to 448 Gbps per lane, aligning with cloud, data center, 5G, and enterprise markets through strong leadership and strategic direction.

You will translate customer needs into innovative designs, drive roadmaps, and mentor engineers while collaborating across global teams.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering, MS preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of engineering management experience.
• Experience with high-speed signal integrity engineering teams.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of signal integrity engineers designing copper-based I/O cable assemblies up to 448 Gbps/lane.
• Translate customer requirements into designs and oversee development, qualification, and transfer to production.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to define performance and best practices.
• Drive technology roadmaps and present to stakeholders.
• Mentor and coach engineers to grow technical capabilities.
