Job summary

DUO Signage + Graphics is a growing large-format printing and signage company seeking a dependable, motivated Production Associate to join our team. This full-time, direct-hire role supports both the production department and daily shipping and receiving operations, in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant production, signage, printing, warehouse, or shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
• Good basic math, measurement, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
• Ability to read work orders, measurements, packing slips, and shipping documents.
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with basic tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials, inspect for accuracy and damage, and verify against purchase orders.
• Label, organize, and store inventory; prepare finished signs for shipment or installation.
• Coordinate outgoing shipments and local deliveries; assist with installer pickups.
• Operate/maintain digital printing and finishing equipment; ensure quality checks throughout production.
