Job summary

The Production Associate role involves join- ing a fast-paced shop to finish graphics, operate large-format printers, laminators, and other equipment, and support assembly and packaging.

You will ensure quality, organization, and timely project completion. Ideal candidates are detail-focused, dependable, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and eager to learn new materials

Responsibilities

• Finish graphics and signage through mounting, laminating, cutting, trimming, and related processes.
• Operate and maintain large-format printers, laminators, plotters, and other production equipment.
• Assist with signage fabrication and assembly as needed.
• Prepare, package, and organize signage for installation or shipment.
• Follow project specifications, drawings, work orders, and production instructions.
• Inspect completed work for accuracy and conformance with requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production area.
