Job summary

Biltmore Sign Services is seeking a skilled Sign Specialist to design, print, install, and maintain estate signage. The role involves working with vendors on pricing and invoices, and supporting leadership and the department as needed.

The position requires a high school diploma, some sign maintenance experience, and the ability to read work orders and deliver precise signage. 18+ with a valid driver’s license is required, with a team-friendly, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience with signage maintenance or installation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, produce, and install signs to meet Biltmore standards and work orders.
• Clean, maintain and install estate signage and directional installations.
• Process new signage requests via work-orders.
• Order and manage sign materials, supplies, and ink; ensure equipment is in good condition.
• Maintain invoicing and pricing with signage vendors.
• Assist with special events and projects (e.g., seasonal events).
• Maintain assigned areas in accordance with Biltmore standards.
• Safely operate equipment as outlined in SOP.
