FASTSIGNS North Orlando is seeking a motivated Sales and Project Coordinator to help customers, manage details, and move signage projects from initial conversation through completion. You will listen to customer needs, recommend solutions, prepare quotes, and coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure timely delivery.

The role involves handling quotes, follow-ups, and maintaining CRM data while collaborating with sales and operations in a fast-paced signage environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, account management, project coordination, printing, marketing, signage, graphics, construction, or property management is helpful.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for phone calls, emails, website leads, walk-ins, referrals, and repeat customers.
• Ask questions about goals, budget, specs, and timeline to tailor solutions.
• Prepare quotes and process orders for routine projects.
• Follow up on leads, estimates, opportunities, and accounts.
