SALES AND PROJECT COORDINATOR - SIGNS AND GRAPHICS
FASTSIGNS North Orlando
This is not just a front-desk position. FASTSIGNS North Orlando is looking for an organized, personable, and motivated Sales and Project Coordinator who can help customers, manage details, and keep signage and graphics projects moving from the first conversation through completion.
Our customers rely on us to bring ideas to life through signs, banners, vehicle graphics, wall graphics, displays, and other visual communication solutions. You will listen to what each customer needs, recommend the right solution, prepare routine estimates, follow up consistently, and coordinate with design, production, and installation.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Serve as a primary point of contact for phone calls, emails, website leads, walk-ins, referrals, and repeat customers
- Ask thoughtful questions about each customer’s goals, budget, specifications, and timeline
- Recommend signage and visual communication solutions
- Prepare quotes and process orders for routine projects
- Follow up on leads, estimates, open opportunities, and existing accounts
- Keep customers informed throughout design, production, and installation
- Coordinate with the design, production, installation, and sales teams
- Maintain accurate customer information, project details, and follow-up tasks in the FASTSIGNS CRM
- Manage multiple deadlines and make sure nothing falls through the cracks
- Identify opportunities for repeat business, referrals, and additional sales

Experience in sales, customer service, account management, project coordination, printing, marketing, signage, graphics, construction, or property management is helpful. We will also consider a strong candidate from another industry who learns quickly and takes ownership.

COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULE
- $40,000-$45,000 base salary
- Uncapped commission and performance incentives
- Expected first-year earnings of $55,000-$65,000
- Strong performers have the opportunity to earn $65,000-$80,000+
- Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. initially
- Hybrid flexibility may be earned through consistent performance
- Full-time position
You will report jointly to the Sales Manager and our day-to-day team lead.
