Job summary

Duncan-Parnell in Ashland, VA is seeking a Field Installer to assemble, stage, and install signage across Virginia. This role operates from the Ashland satellite location and requires strong independence, organization, and accountability.

You will travel to job sites in Richmond and surrounding areas, prepare materials, perform installations with posts, banners, logos, and graphics, and document every completion with photos.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Experience in light construction, carpentry, fabrication, or signage.
• Commitment to Duncan-Parnell’s mission.

Responsibilities

• Install a wide variety of commercial signs across Virginia.
• Travel locally to job sites with occasional overnight stays.
• Represent the company professionally on-site.
• Prepare materials, stage signs, and stock satellite storage.
• Document installations with photos and communicate job status.
• Operate lifts and other equipment safely.
• Receive shipments and manage materials at Ashland storage.
• Troubleshoot installation issues.
