Job summary

Signworks in Indianapolis, IN is hiring a Sign Installer to join our team. You will install and maintain signs on storefronts, schools, and corporate sites, often outdoors, at varying heights.

We train mechanically inclined applicants with or without prior sign experience. A valid driver's license and willingness to work varied hours are required, with CDL being a bonus if applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; sign installation experience is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools and equipment.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and wiring preferred.
• Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain various types of signs, including channel letters and monument signs.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation.
• Use hand and power tools safely during installation on a regular basis.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project specifications.
• Conduct site surveys to assess locations and requirements.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations on-site.
