SignScapes is in need of a Operations Manager to join our team. The Operations Manager is a professional, self-motivated team player with great interpersonal skills and values delivering excellence. The Operations Manager is also extremely detail oriented, works well in a fast-paced team environment and is able to efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Operations Manager is self-confident and is not afraid to show their professional ability, creative genius and, most importantly, have fun!
Minimum job responsibilities
Assume end-to-end management of various types of commercial signage projects
Quoting and estimating projects in conjunction with sales and design team
Leads projects with a passion, able to juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Extremely detail orientated
Strong interpersonal skills
Consult/interface with customers and answer phones
Developing and maintaining project schedules, providing transparency to the company on project status and escalating issues as they arise
Coordinating materials and vendors for each project
Accurately keep track of electronic and paper records related to jobs
Resolving issues and solving problems that arise throughout the duration of the project
Obtain required permits from cities where required
Establishing and maintaining effective client relationships
Identifying and developing solutions for process improvement
Assess the work of contractors/installers to ensure project expectations are fulfilled
From time to time assist with signage installations
Minimum qualifications
2+ years of experience in a relative field
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Project management experience
Enjoying what you do
Additional preferred qualifications
Sign industry knowledge a plus but not required
