Image360 – Plymouth is seeking a detail-driven Sign Program Coordinator to own the day-to-day technical infrastructure behind sign programs. You’ll work with floor plans, sign schedules, and production handoffs, growing into a specialized systems role with training on SignAgent.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, organization, and documentation, with opportunities to learn CAD-related tasks and internal platforms. Full-time position with relocation of data and recurring audits.

Qualifications

• Experience with facilities/construction support or similar detail-driven roles.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and structured databases.
• Ability to read floor plans and construction drawings.
• Strong data accuracy and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Project Setup & Data Management: set up new client projects, templates, and project structure.
• Site Survey Support: assist with site surveys and organize survey data.
• Supporting Account Managers: process requests and update the system.
• Building Good Habits: apply naming conventions, audit databases, document workflows.
