Job summary

FASTSIGNS of Blaine is seeking a hands-on Sign Production Technician to operate large-format printers, CNC cutters, and finishing tools. This is a skilled, detail-oriented role rather than a warehouse position, with everyday opportunities to turn designs into finished products customers can see.

You’ll join a locally owned FASTSIGNS center, enjoy competitive pay of $20–$28 per hour, bonuses, paid vacation, health insurance, and a 401(k) with company match, plus ongoing training and growth

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in sign production, printing, or similar hands-on work.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Comfortable using tools and production equipment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Operate large-format printers, laminators, and CNC equipment.
• Prepare materials (cutting, cleaning, laminating, painting).
• Weed and apply vinyl graphics with precision.
• Trim, mount, and finish final products.
• Follow and verify work orders for accuracy.
• Help maintain an organized production area.
• Collaborate with owner and production lead to improve processes.
