FASTSIGNS Westerville is hiring a full-time Sign Production Specialist to join our growing production team. You will operate a range of production equipment and move projects from digital files to finished signs.

We value hands-on learners with mechanical aptitude who can follow work orders, stay detail-focused and work well with others to meet deadlines. Training is provided, and growth across production technologies is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to read work orders and follow directions precisely.
• Reliable, detail-oriented and able to work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Learn, operate and maintain a variety of production equipment such as large-format printers, CNC routers, laser systems and laminators.
• Read and follow work orders, measurements and approved artwork.
• Prepare materials and substrates for production and perform finishing steps.
• Load materials like vinyl, acrylic, aluminum and coroplast for production.
• Apply vinyl graphics, laminate and mount finished signs.
• Perform quality-control checks to ensure specifications are met.
• Troubleshoot production issues and communicate problems timely.
• Use production software to prepare jobs and keep areas organized.
• Collaborate with design, sales and installation teams to keep projects on schedule.
