Job summary

FASTSIGNS #380301 is hiring for a full-time Sign Production Specialist to join our team. You will follow designs to apply vinyl and graphics to substrates, operate printers, and maintain quality across production steps.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years sign production experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. We offer training, advancement opportunities, 401(k), and paid vacation.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sign production experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for long periods (4+ hours).
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Flexibility to lean over a waist-high table and apply vinyl letters and graphics.
• Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high quality work.
• Ability to use light power equipment.

Responsibilities

• Follow a layout to place vinyl or full-color graphics on a substrate.
• Prepare substrates for vinyl application including cutting, painting, laminating, cleaning.
• Weed excess vinyl from computer-cut images for various sizes and complexities.
• Operate and maintain printers.
• Perform QA before and after production by reading Work Orders and proofreading.
• Finish by laminating and mounting printed pieces.
• Report inventory levels and stock to the center/production manager or franchisee.
• Clean and maintain storage areas.
