FASTSIGNS Westerville is seeking a full-time Sign Production Specialist to join our growing production team. You will turn customer ideas and artwork into finished signs, operating large-format printers, CNC routers and laser equipment while following exact work orders.

We value a hands-on mindset and offer ongoing training. You will collaborate with design, sales and installation teams to meet project timelines while maintaining high-quality finishes.

Qualifications

• No prior sign-industry experience required; training provided.
• Willing to learn the full range of shop equipment and software.

Responsibilities

• Learn, operate and maintain a variety of production equipment including large-format printers and CNC routers.
• Read and follow work orders, measurements and artwork accurately.
• Prepare materials and substrates for production.
• Load and handle materials such as vinyl, acrylic and aluminum composite.
• Weed, mask and apply vinyl and printed graphics.
• Laminate, mount, trim and finish printed graphics.
• Assemble finished signage using hardware and components.
• Perform quality-control checks to ensure products meet specs.
• Identify production or equipment issues and troubleshoot when needed.
• Use production software to prepare and process jobs for equipment.
• Maintain clean and organized production and storage areas.
• Collaborate with design, sales, production and installation teams to stay on schedule.
