FASTSIGNS Parker/Castle Rock in Palm Harbor, FL is hiring a full-time Sign Production Specialist to join our team. You will follow layouts to apply vinyl graphics, prepare substrates, and operate printers to produce high-quality signs.

This role requires 1–2 years of sign production experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work under pressure. We offer competitive pay, paid time off, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sign production experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for long periods (4+ hours).
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Flexibility to lean over a waist-high table and apply vinyl.
• Ability to work under pressure to produce high-volume, high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Follow a layout to apply vinyl or graphics to substrates.
• Prepare substrates: cutting, painting, laminating, cleaning.
• Weed excess vinyl; maintain cutting and weeding tools.
• Operate and maintain printer(s).
• Quality assurance pre- and post-production for accuracy.
• Finish pieces with laminating/mounting as needed.
• Report inventory to center/production manager or franchisee.
• Clean and maintain storage areas.
